This parameters controls how many seconds the transaction processing should wait before retrying failed transactions.

This does not cover transactions failed due to missing or invalid data. Such transactions will only be retried if the referenced data appears.

Note: Transactions, which should be deliberately delayed based on a configured time window, are also handled by this mechanism. The parameter should therefore not be set too high.
