This parameter determines whether the location text, which the IMMS sends to the LMS when an item is ready for pickup (placed on the holds shelf), must be short or long.

If the parameter is “Yes”, the full pathway from the branch’s “root” down to the shelf, e.g., “East branch/Ground floor/Reservations/Holds shelf 57” is sent.

If the parameter is “No”, only the holds shelf’s name, e.g. “Holds shelf 57”, is sent.
