Report: List of assignments

This report shows the assignment requests that IMMS has responded to within a given time period.

The report can also contain multiple assignment requests for the same item before it arrives on the shelf. Depending on whether the item has already been assigned (the intelligent distribution algorithm, direct), the intelligent distribution algorithm could also reuse the existing assignment and any subsequent assignment requests would then not appear on this report. This is controlled by the “Direct assignments are locked” parameter.

If the item has been assigned to an exhibition, then the name of the exhibition will appear in their respective columns in the results.

If needed, the report can be limited to specific return branches, assigned branches or a specific Item ID.

Please note also that the LMS does not send assignment requests to IMMS if the returned item has been reserved. Therefore, not all returns appear on the report.
