Report: Item grouping stock for the active configuration of a branch

Shows stock-related information about each item grouping for a branch’s active configuration at the time the report was generated. Depending on the item groupings you choose to include in the picklist, the report provides an overview of the item groupings that, for example, have a surplus or low stock levels. Where the stock of a item grouping lies outside the min. or max., the number is highlighted in the report.

Parameters

• The branch the report is to be generated for
• Only rows where the minimum and/or the maximum have been exceeded (optional)
  • * (all item groupings)
  • Below the min
  • Over the max
  • Below the min or over the max

Output

• A row per item grouping defined for the branch
• One row for storage shelves (minimum and maximum are not specified)
• One row for exhibition shelves (minimum and maximum are not specified)
• One row for “unused” shelves (minimum and maximum are not specified)
• One row for shelved items that fall outside of all item groupings (stock only)

Columns

• Item grouping/shelf name
• Capacity in meters
• Current stock in meters
• Minimum stock in meters (marked in red if the stock is below the minimum) (formula = min% * capacity)
• Maximum stock in meters (marked in red if the stock is above the maximum) (formula = max% * capacity)
• Current stock in % (formula = stock / capacity)
• Minimum stock in % (marked in red if the stock is below the minimum)
• Maximum stock in % (marked in red if the stock is above the maximum)
• (CSV only) Current stock in number of items
• (CSV only) Quantity of items en route (assigned) to the branch measured in meters
• (CSV only) Quantity of items en route (assigned) to the branch measured in number of items
• (CSV only) The total quantity of items either shelved or en route measured in meters
• (CSV only) The total quantity of items either shelved or en route measured as a %
• (CSV only) The item grouping’s secondary sorting group
• (CSV only) The item grouping’s placement in the location hierarchy
• (CSV only) The item grouping’s placement in the picking order sequence
