Items that have been placed in an exhibition are registered using this function. Items, transport units, and locations can be scanned. If a transport unit or location is scanned, all of the items in the transport unit/at the location are registered as placed in the exhibition and the transport unit/location is then empty. The following steps must be completed in order to perform the registration:
The screen allows scanning of items, transport units, and locations. When scanning is carried out, the item (or all items) in the transport unit/at the location are registered as placed on a location in the exhibition they are assigned to.
If the scanned item or one or more items in the scanned transport unit / location are not assigned to an exhibition on the branch, an error is displayed and no registration is made.
A message is displayed on the screen once the item, transport unit, or location have been scanned. The number of items from the last scan is displayed at the bottom, but only if the setting “Verify move scannings” has been enabled.
