This parameter determines if it is allowed to pick items which will be sent to a closed branch.

If the parameter is set on the branch level, the value of the parameter applies to the destination branch of the items.

For example, if the parameter is set to 'No' for a branch, which is closed, then holds that are to be picked up at this branch, cannot be picked until the branch is once again open. If on the other hand the parameter was set to 'Yes', then holds that are to be picked up at the branch, could be picked.

Closing of branches is controlled by the parameter "Close branch and set opening date".
