This parameter determines whether the intelligent distribution algorithm must assign items with a fixed relationship to a closed item grouping.

When an item with a fixed relationship to a branch matches one of the branch’s item groupings that have been marked “Closed”, this parameter determines whether (“Yes”) the item must be sent to the branch or (“No”) whether it must be sent to a media hotel.

Please note: Floating materials are never assigned to a closed item grouping.
