Report: Use of strategies

This report provides an overview of the use of the strategies.

For each strategy, the amount of titles - and indirectly also items - with this strategy is totaled.

The count is carried out based on the title’s current strategy as well as the strategy the titles would be assigned if automatic life cycle management were configured to change the strategies of the titles.

The report can be used to see if the distribution of items in the various strategies conforms to expectations. The report can also be used to see if there are strategies that are no longer used and can therefore be disabled.

The following items are not included:

• Items not either home or on loan
• Items loaned from other libraries (ILL)
• Items that are excluded from IMMS

Titles without any included items are not counted.

Parameters

• Whether disabled strategies should also be included (yes/no)

• A row for each strategy.
