Report: Use of deactivated master data

This report provides a list of the items that refer to LMS master data that are inactive in IMMS.

The following items are not included:

• Items not either home or on loan
• Items loaned from other libraries (ILL)

By setting the list’s “Included in IMMS” parameter, you can choose whether the report should be limited to items included in IMMS (select “Yes”) or items excluded from IMMS (select “No”).

If “*” is selected, items that are included in as well as excluded from IMMS are included in the report.

The columns in the output of the report only show item properties that have been deactivated in IMMS.

It may be a good idea to take a closer look at the properties of these items in the LMS since, e.g., the items may be difficult to match with item groupings in IMMS.
