Front page › Parameters › Time limit for correction orders for items “placed” without matching item grouping | Search |
The parameter controls whether the automatic error correction creates error correction orders for items registered as “shelved” at a branch where the item cannot be placed due to its fixed branch or float code or where there is no matching item grouping. In other words, items that are treated by IMMS as “illegally placed”.
If the parameter is not set, no error correction orders are created.
If the parameter is set, the value indicates how much time must pass before error correction orders are created for misplaced items.
This is calculated in whole days, measured from the latest registration for the item until the time when the job handling the error correction is run (typically runs at night). If the parameter is set on 0, all of the relevant items are error corrected during the next run. If the parameter is set on 1, items that have been inactive for at least 1 day, etc., are error corrected.
If the item is registered in the system again before the time limit expires, the item is not error corrected.
