This parameter specifies whether the reception validation should accept transport units which contain both items for "special handling" and items for "exhibition" on the branch.

If this parameter is set to “No”, transport units containing both types of items will be rejected.

It is important that this parameter’s setting is compatible with the item sorting carried out, e.g., in an automated sorting facility.

Please note: The parameter "Items for holds marked "Special handling" are kept separate" controls whether items taken for holds marked "special handling" and items taken for holds not marked "special handling" are kept separate. The setting of this parameter will therefore affect the calculation of whether the received combination of items should be accepted or rejected.
