Report: Items that cannot be shelved legally at any branch

This report lists the items that cannot be shelved legally at any branch, i.e. they do not match any item grouping at the item’s fixed branch or at any of the branches that are included in the item’s float group.

These items will always be assigned to a media hotel.

The following items are not included:

• Items not either home or on loan
• Items loaned from other libraries (ILL)
• Items that are excluded from IMMS

Parameters

• Fixed branch (optional)
• Float code (optional)

Output

• A row for each item that must not be shelved at any branch. If a fixed branch is selected, then only items with a fixed relationship to that branch are included. If a float code is selected, then only items with that float code are included. Do not set both parameters as a fixed relationship and float are mutually exclusive.
