On this page you can manage the overview of status options for items and transport units in IMMS. For each status, you indicate whether items with this status should appear as available or unavailable in the LMS and whether the particular status is active (i.e., that units can be assigned the status) or inactive. Examples of statuses:
- Ready for shelving
- Shelving in progress
- Shipping
Please note: There is no direct correlation between IMMS and LMS statuses.

The following information is shown in the table
- IMMS status
- Show as available in the LMS (yes/no)
- Active (yes/no)
The table can be sorted by the contents of all columns. Sorting is enabled by clicking on the specific column name you would like to sort by. |

This dialog box is used both for editing an existing IMMS status and creating a new IMMS status.

Please note: When changing the availability of a status, the LMS must be
notified about the modified availability of all affected items (items in transport units with the applicable status). Depending on the number of affected items, when storing these type of changes you should expect some waiting time.
