An exhibition group is a group of items that can form the basis for one or more exhibitions. An exhibition group is therefore not linked to a branch.
The group of items may consist of both explicitly selected items and titles as well as items which belong to the exhibition group via definitions that match the items’ properties. It is also possible to exclude items based on definitions that match the items’ properties.
In order for an item to properly belong to the an exhibition group it must be included via the branch and department, lendable via an item collection, and not be discarded or deleted.
