Report: Fixed items placed in a media hotel

This report lists those items that are currently located in a media hotel even though they have a fixed relationship to another branch.

The items have typically been assigned to the media hotel due to a lack of available space in the item grouping at the fixed branch.

Only items that match a item grouping at the fixed branch are included. Items that do not match a item grouping can be seen in the “Items that cannot be legally shelved at any branch” report.

You can choose to display items located at a specific media hotel by using the “Media hotel” parameter and selecting a media hotel from the list.

The following items are not included:

• Items that are excluded from IMMS

Parameters

• Fixed branch (optional)
• Media hotel (optional)

Output

• A row for each item that satisfies the aforementioned conditions. If a branch is selected, then only items with a fixed relationship to that branch are included.

Columns

• Item ID
• Author
• Title
• Fixed branch
• The item grouping that the item matches at the fixed branch
• Capacity in meters in the item grouping
• Meter-max % for the item grouping
• Current stock in meters
• Current stock in % (formula = stock / capacity)
• Quantity of items en route (assigned) to the branch measured in meters
• The total quantity of items either shelved or en route measured in meters
• The total quantity of items either shelved or en route measured as a %
• Current branch
• Current placement
