This report gives an overview of which items properly belong to an exhibition group. In this context properly means items that are included via the branch and department, are lendable via an item collection and have not been discarded or deleted.
The report takes as parameter an exhibition group.
Note: The report shows which items that properly belong to the exhibition group at this moment based on the configuration. The nightly data processing in connection with
Automatic replenishment of exhibitions will make the configuration go into effect.

- In addition, the column “On loan from” specifies the branch the item was checked out from when the “LMS Status” for the item is “On loan”
