This dialog box is used both for editing an existing secondary sorting group and creating a new one.
Element | Description |

Field for minimum stock + checkbox | Specifies the minimum stock as a percentage (meter-min%) for the item grouping. If you would like to specify a value, then this checkbox must be ticked. If the checkbox is not ticked, then the default value set by the “Default meter-min” parameter at either the branch or system level is used. |
Field for maximum stock + checkbox | Specifies the maximum stock as a percentage (meter-max%) for the item grouping. If you would like to specify a value, then this checkbox must be ticked. Table of classification groups | The values of copy min/max for the various classification groups are shown here. The following information is displayed in the table:
|
Fields for specifying copy-min and copy-max |

If they are ticked, new values can be entered. PLEASE NOTE: All 8 of the default values for copy-min and copy-max, respectively, will be set for the applicable item grouping when a value is entered in the field. Description field | A short description of the specific item grouping can be attached here |
Element | Description |
---|---|
Field for minimum stock | Specifies the minimum capacity for the item grouping in cm - i.e., the stock’s min% multiplied by the capacity. The value can be updated by clicking the “Calculate” button and will be marked in red if the current stock is less than the minimum stock. |
Field for maximum stock | Specifies the maximum capacity for the item grouping in cm - i.e., the stock’s max% multiplied by the capacity. The value can be updated by clicking the “Calculate” button and will be marked in red if the current stock exceeds the maximum stock. |
Current stock field | Indicates the current stock of the item grouping in cm. The value can be updated by clicking the “Calculate” button. |
Number of items field | Indicates the calculated number of items in the item grouping. The value can be calculated by clicking the “Calculate” button. |

When the calculation is running, you can hold your mouse over the cells of the “Inv. (cm)” column in the table of definitions to show the quantity of stock for a specific definition. Please note: The calculation also takes into account the fact that other item groupings in the configuration may have definitions at higher levels. Items that match these other item groupings in this way are removed from the result of the calculations that is displayed. |
”Items” button | Opens the “Matching items” dialog box, with a list of the items that belong to the item grouping. |

Situations may occur where a particular location cannot be selected but locations farther down can be selected. In such cases, an arrow will be displayed to the left of the name of the location, making it possible to expand the location. If there are no locations that can be selected farther down, this arrow will not appear. If the location is associated with an item grouping, the name of the item grouping is shown in parentheses. |
This dialog box is used both for editing an existing definition and creating a new definition. For the picklists, you can only select known (and active) values from the LMS or “*”. The asterisk means that the field does place any limitations on the items of an item grouping.
